For 13 years I owned a successful small business and oversaw day-to-day operations including marketing strategy and execution, business development initiatives, as well as financial management of the business. Maintained P&L ownership, conducting cash flow and break-even analyses, implementing process improvements to increase revenue generation and profitability.

business planningFor several years I was an Area Developer in which I was the liaison between franchisees and corporate teams, providing support to franchisees in accordance with corporate strategies and policies. I facilitated new franchise build out, business initiation and continued business support. Participated in individualized marketing strategy development, financial overhauling, and business operation advising.

For 20 years I  was responsible for various operational processes including, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing Support to Project Manager for an FDA regulated diagnostic manufacturing facility. Liaised between manufacturing site and R&D for a multi-million dollar in-vitro diagnostic project transfer. I participated in numerous multi-functional transfer teams.
